Nicole Azevedo

Born in Germany, she has lived in Porto for 31 years and is in love with Africa.

Graduated in Modern Languages ​​and Literature by Friedrich Alexander Universität Erlanegen and by the Faculty of Arts of the University of Porto, she is currently attending the Masters in Human Ecology, Social and Contemporary Problems, at Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

Founder of the Movam Anti Mosquito Movement – ​​Movam, a pilot project to assess the effect of environmental repellents in the fight against malaria, and the Ajudar Moçambique Association, whose main objective is to support development and greater social and economic integration of the communities that live there. in the vicinity of conservation areas.

He is currently a member of the Forum of Space Caregivers and of the General Council of CCPM – Portugal Mozambique Chamber of Commerce and was a member of the Administrative Council of Oporto British School, president of Operation Red Nose and member of the General Council of Fundação do Gil.
